I made myself hoarse by singing and dancing on last Carnival and rooting for Brazil last year! kkkkkkkkkkk
Tim I received your e-mail about test but I couldn’t read because it had an error, do you know what happened?
“New post on Domine Inglês com Tim and Tammy – test this”

I’m not sure about that one, Marilene. Maybe it was a test? I don’t really remember.

Tim, I received your email called “test” too. It happened on Last Monday, at 1:24 pm. I thought you was testing something.

It’s not common, but I made myself hoarse by speaking loud a couple of days ago.

Sometimes we force our voices because people around us won’t settle down and listen! 🙂

I can’t remember when was the last time I made myself hoarse. Usually i make myself hoarse when I keep shouting all the time.

We’ll need to keep our voices down, André. 🙂

Last month I got hoarse because I got a bad flu.

Hello, Renata! It’s terrible getting the flu! I hope I don’t get it this end of the year!

It’s correct to say “I got hoarse”, and not “I made myself hoarse”, in this situation, because you didn’t do anything yourself to make yourself hoarse (like yell, drink cold water, etc.) – the flu made you hoarse.

I made myself hoarse on last Sunday yelling after my team São Paulo FC got to participate in Libertadores Championship. And you Tim when Palmeiras became the Champion o Copa do Brasil?

Tim I like very much how the Americans celebrate Christmas time (É assim que se escreve época de natal?). I went to USA in 1970 and stayed with a American family before and during (the?) Chistmas and they did like you. It is amazing! Please correct me if you can. Thank you for your time.

Hello, José Luiz! You can just say “Christmas”, you don’t need to say “Christmas time”. Yes, it’s a very special holiday. I have many fonds memories with my family at this time of the year.

My son got a little hoarse cheering for Palmeiras. They really made us suffer until the end! 😀

I made myself hoarse, last  weekend, when i was ride a  horse in the  farm, and  get  the rain

Sounds like a fun way to get hoarse! 🙂

I don’t remember the last time I got hoarse, reallly. However, I know a woman that is always hoarse. Her doctor says she has a problem in her vocal cords.

I am sure her doctor told her that there are exercises you can do to help your vocal chords.

i made myself hoarse by yelling with my students

You must have some rought students! haha

I made myself hoarse by yelling

Gotta keep our voices down. 🙂

I made myself hoarse when I go to roller coaster!

I do, too! I mostly laugh a lot when I am on the ride. 🙂
