1. May you have...! = Que você tenha...!

Note que o subjuntivo (em português) "tenha" fica na forma base em inglês. Para o subjuntivo (em inglês) usa-se a forma base (como no presente) ou "be" para o verbo "ser" ou "estar".   Por exemplo, se quero dizer:

Que Cristo seja real para você nesta época!

A few years ago, I wrote an e-mail to our Tim and Tammy Friends and told them that David and I were up until 3:30 in the morning "burning the midnight oil".  We were recording a song for my cousin's wedding and had to stay up late to finish.
